The Harlem U. S. Export Assistance Center [USEAC]
Assists small and medium-sized companies-those with the commitment
and resources to establish or expand export operations. The USEAC
provides individual counseling to assist clients in developing and
implementing an export strategy and to access sources of financing,
including the Small Business Administration and Export-Import Bank.
The Harlem USEAC offers resource materials and programs to assist
U.S. companies in getting their U.S.- made products and services
overseas. The USEAC is the source for federal export assistance
and is part of the world-wide Commercial Service network (U.S. Embassies
and consulates overseas and more than 100 domestic USEAC offices).
The USEAC sponsors workshops and seminars on issues related to export
and export markets.

The New York U.S. Export Assistance Center of the
U.S. Commercial Service is a division of the International Trade
Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce. The Center assists
New York and New Jersey companies in the export of their products
and services abroad.
It provides free international market counseling
that assists clients in developing and implementing export strategies
and to access sources of financing, such as the U.S. Small Business
Administration or the Export-Import Bank.
The Center also offers nominally priced services to assist in the sale of U.S. products
and services abroad. It hosts export conferences and seminars and
sponsors foreign buyer delegations visiting the United States. For
