New York City The Department of Small Business Services' (SBS) Locally Based Business Enterprise Program

Procurement Opportunities-The City Record On-Line (CROL) is the electronic version of the Procurement Notices appearing in The City Record printed version.

New York State-Empire State Development, New York's economic development agency, administers the Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) state certification program.

WMBE Program-New York State's Division of Minority - and Women-owned Business Development (MWBD) helps the state's minority and women's business community to access all the services offered by Empire State Development (ESD).


The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) has adopted the Uniform Certification Application and a Supplemental Application Form consisting of ten simple questions as its Registration Application. Registration with DASNY is independent of and not related to any other registration, classification or certification by other Local, State or Federal government departments.

However, if you have been certified by Empire State Development, Division of Minority and Women's Business Development (DMWBD) within the past twelve months, you may submit a copy of your DMWBD application along with all required supporting documents, Certification Letter from DMWBD and a completed DASNY Supplemental Application Form.
